Analyst

• Perform the monthly closing of tax ledgers for ICMS, ICMS-ST and IPI, analyzing incoming and outgoing transactions to ensure compliance with current tax regulations and legislation.
• Prepare and review additional tax calculations (outside regular reporting) for ICMS and IPI, including differential rate, anticipated ICMS-ST, reimbursements, FECP, among others.
• Calculate PIS and COFINS monthly (non-cumulative and cumulative regimes).
• Calculate and validate withholding taxes, such as IRRF, CSLL, INSS and ISS, ensuring correct issuance of collection slips.
• Review and submit accessory obligations, including: EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD Contributions, DCTF-WEB, EFD-Reinf, GIA ICMS, DAPI, GIA-ST, VAF DAMEF and DECLAN.
• Experience in ERP system parameterization, participating in implementation projects and optimizing tax processes.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation, ensuring compliance and implementing updates to internal processes.
• Analyze tax impacts on company and client operations, proposing strategies to optimize the tax burden.
• Support tax inspections and audits, preparing documentation and providing required clarifications.
• Train and guide the team, ensuring technical updates and alignment with tax best practices.
