About the role
- Strategic calendar management: prioritize and schedule effectively to optimize executive time
- Create systems for clarity in complex situations and implement Atlas EMS
- Streamline inboxes and manage correspondence using emotional intelligence
- Anticipate needs, manage diverse projects, and coordinate travel arrangements with attention to detail
- Gather and analyze data to prepare reports and presentations to support executive decision-making
- Serve as an executive buffer: handle routine matters independently and maintain confidentiality
- Provide personal support: gifts, restaurant reservations, personal appointments and other personal errands
- Thrive in a fast-paced remote environment, balance multiple priorities and continuously seek feedback and improvement
Requirements
- Near-native level of English proficiency in speech, writing and reading
- At least 2 years of business experience in operations, administration, executive assistance, or other client-facing roles
- Background examples: Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Project Coordinator, Account Manager, or similar positions
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, ideally in a start-up context
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to thrive under pressure
- Willingness to align work hours with US time zones
- Proactive, resourceful, high standards, discretion and confidentiality
