About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and technical implementation of CRM and customer service solutions based on SugarCRM and Zendesk
  • Customization of web-based SugarCRM and Zendesk solutions according to customer requirements
  • Development of custom extensions and adaptations using PHP and JavaScript
  • Integration and connection of third-party systems via REST
  • Participation in customer workshops to gather and analyze requirements
  • Managing projects through to go-live in coordination with our team and customers
  • Customer support and continued development after implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong PHP skills
  • Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience working with relational database systems, particularly MySQL
  • Experience with SugarCRM and/or Zendesk or comparable solutions is an advantage
  • Experience with common development methodologies and version control/deployment tools
  • Excellent German language skills
