About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and technical implementation of CRM and customer service solutions based on SugarCRM and Zendesk
- Customization of web-based SugarCRM and Zendesk solutions according to client requirements
- Development of bespoke extensions and customizations using PHP and JavaScript
- Integration and connection of third-party systems via REST
- Participation in client workshops to gather and analyze requirements
- Implementation through to go-live in coordination with our team and clients
- Post-launch client support and ongoing development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong PHP skills
- Experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience working with relational database systems, especially MySQL
- Experience with SugarCRM and/or Zendesk or similar solutions is an advantage
- Experience with common development methodologies and versioning/deployment tools
- Very good German language skills
