About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor the strategic planning process and define hotel rate structures and rate fluctuation triggers
Monitor sales channel rates using the shopper report provided (Lighthouse)
Analyze occupancy curves and on-the-books data to adjust rates for optimal RevPAR
Analyze group displacement and ad hoc situations
Analyze booking patterns and market trends
Analyze distribution channels and their contribution to the hotel's revenue mix
Support the RFP process, from data gathering and outreach to completing and evaluating received proposals
Prepare forecast reports to view occupancy, ADR and revenue in the short and medium term (weekly forecast)
Close monthly AIG and RSI reports, focusing on hotel profitability and analysis of the net average daily rate (net ADR) per customer
Ensure analysis of internal and external reports to inform pricing and availability strategy
Recommend/approve targeted promotions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing Channel Manager (Omnibees), Climber (RMS), hotel website, GDS and PMS
Knowledge of Power BI
Familiarity with Lighthouse
Previous experience in the role
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Intermediate to advanced English
At least 1 year of experience in Revenue Management
Strong Excel skills
Strong communication skills with team members and general managers
