About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze business strategies;
- Develop market studies and identify opportunities;
- Implement continuous improvement;
- Monitor competitors, identifying market opportunities and threats;
- Collect, analyze and interpret market data, hotel industry trends and consumer behavior;
- Manage departmental tools, present reports and strategic recommendations;
- Map economic indicators that directly or indirectly impact the sector;
- Ensure integration of market indicators, CRM and Planning;
- Support CRM, assisting in the full operation of the tool;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed) in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Social Sciences, Engineering, Technology or related fields.
- Languages: English - Intermediate
- Proficiency - Advanced Excel
- Consumer Behavior
- Competitive Research and Analysis
- PowerPoint
- Canva

- Power BI
- Plus - Certifications: CMRP, PRC, CSCA or similar.
