About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and carry out talent attraction and recruitment processes in accordance with network demands and the requirements of open positions
  • Validate job descriptions and requirements for job postings
  • Advertise job opportunities across multiple channels, such as job boards, social media, universities, and employment agencies
  • Screen received resumes and perform initial candidate assessments to verify they meet the basic requirements of the role
  • Conduct in-person or video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical and behavioral competencies
  • Facilitate group assessments when required
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on the most qualified candidates for each vacancy
  • Perform administrative tasks related to talent attraction and recruitment
  • Stay up to date on trends and best practices in talent attraction and recruitment, continuously seeking to improve processes
  • Manage high-volume recruiting activities
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including alignment with hiring managers for replacements or headcount increases
  • Prepare presentations (PowerPoint) using Microsoft Office
  • Manage job openings in accordance with the proposed SLA

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience in talent attraction and recruitment within agencies/consultancies, retail, or hospitality
  • Knowledge of interview techniques and candidate assessment methods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work in Alphaville on a hybrid schedule
