About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Classify and post invoices in the system and banking platform.
- Classify and prepare various accounting entries.
- Process supplier/vendor payments.
- Manage bank reconciliations.
- Perform financial and accounting closings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in the role
- Experience with Totvs CMnet system
- Knowledge of accounts payable routines, invoice classification and posting
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation
- Bachelor's degree or currently studying in Accounting, Financial Management, or Business Administration
- Proactive attitude
