About the role
- Support the Implementation Department in registering new properties in corporate sales channels: GDS, Omnibees, B2B Reservas and HRS.
- Provide support for hotel relationships with international brand platforms.
- Assist in the validation and rollout of new system integrations, ensuring practicality and functionality in hotels' daily operations;
- Ensure integrations between external systems and the hotel's system operate in compliance, guaranteeing correct distribution across sales channels regarding rates, availability, and reservations;
- Support hotels on matters related to Omnibees, B2B Reservas, GDS and the international systems of the group's affiliated brands.
- Handle the registration of new properties in the main corporate sales channels: GDS, Omnibees, B2B Reservas and HRS.
- Analyze and approve annual rate plans for hotels not belonging to the Shared Services Center.
- Analyze rate fluctuation and parity for hotels not belonging to the Shared Services Center and provide Revenue Management (RM) recommendations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the hotel or tourism industry.
- Knowledge of Omnibees (preferred)
- Knowledge of Totvs/CMNet (preferred)
- Microsoft Office suite
