Implement and maintain the job and salary program through analysis and validation of salary movements, updates to job sizing and salary tables, creation and evaluation of job roles, among other activities in accordance with the compensation policy.
Execute and/or support the calculation and payment of variable compensation programs based on current policies (PPL, Awards, and Bonuses).
Provide support to leadership on matters related to compensation and personnel budgeting, ensuring compliance with area policies and promoting their correct communication and application.
Prepare, update, and maintain HR reports and metrics with a focus on compensation, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Support the preparation, control, and monitoring of the personnel budget through studies and calculations to ensure information accuracy.
Conduct compensation studies and analyses using calculations and assessments to support leadership decision-making.
Monitor the company's competitiveness against the market by preparing and participating in salary surveys.
Provide support to leadership on matters related to compensation and personnel budgeting, ensuring compliance with area policies and promoting their correct communication and application.
Support the maintenance and updating of the area's policies.
Requirements
Microsoft Office – Excel and PowerPoint: Intermediate (preferably with experience handling large-volume spreadsheets and HR metrics)
Power BI desirable but not required
Knowledge of Compensation Methodologies
Education: Bachelor's degree in Personnel Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
