About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports customers’ loan servicing needs and contributes to the development and improvement of all processes
- Responds to inquiries relating to particular area or requests from customers and other Bank personnel

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years loan servicing experience or 3 years of operations related experience required
- Banking, accounting or finance experience required
- Intermediate experience with MS Office Suite
