About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide frontline monitoring, triage, and escalation using monitoring tools (SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, etc.)
- Monitor (SolarWinds) dashboards and validate alerts

- Create accurate incident tickets
- Support Tier 2 escalations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2+ years IT support or operations
