About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, deepen and maintain relationships with investment management clients and trust clients
Perform and coordinate client estate planning
Conduct full needs assessments with current and potential customers
Maintain long-term client relationships by providing excellent customer service
Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally
Identify and refer business to other areas within the Bank
Work with investment, tax, and legal professionals to meet client needs
Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in a bank trust environment
Experience with trust and estate laws and regulations
CFP, CTFA, CPA, MBA or law degree preferred
Superior customer service skills
Knowledge of financial and estate planning techniques
Knowledge of investment theory and strategy
Strong analytical skills
Effective communication skills
Well organized and detail-oriented
