About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support in daily processing of retail and small business establishment, maintenance and deletion requests
Respond to inquiries relating to a particular area or to requests from customers and other Bank personnel within given time frames
Support other Payment Operations teammates
Understand assigned process and procedures as it relates to the job task
Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations
Provide high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Ensure excellent service is provided to all internal partners and customers
Identify and resolve issues within assigned function
Comply with dual control standards as required
Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services
Perform daily processing of all requests within established service level agreement timeframes

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year of Bank operations or financial industry experience including teller, platform, and/or call center representative required
Experience with MS Office Suite
High level of accuracy and great attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented and quality focused
Flexible, able to adapt to change
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
