About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver trainings, webinars, and professional development sessions for CPAs and accounting firms.
Develop and continuously update curriculum content aligned with current accounting/tax regulations and CPA market needs.
Incorporate and explain the use of artificial intelligence tools applied to accounting within training programs.
Train participants on accounting software and platforms used by CPA firms (QuickBooks, Xero, Wolters Kluwer, Thomson Reuters, Intuit, IRIS, among others).
Evaluate participant performance and satisfaction, adjusting content based on feedback.
Coordinate with content, marketing, and event-scheduling teams to ensure the quality and timeliness of each training.
Stay current on regulatory changes, new technology tools, and trends in the CPA industry.

Requirements

What you’ll need

CPA (Certified Public Accountant), ideally with an active license.
Proven experience delivering trainings, webinars, or professional development sessions.
Practical knowledge of AI tools applied to the accounting sector.
Experience with accounting software and platforms used by CPA firms (QuickBooks, Xero, Wolters Kluwer, Thomson Reuters, Intuit, IRIS, among others).
Excellent communication, presentation, and audience-management skills.
Professional English (preferred, given the target audience is primarily US-based).
