About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Keep leadership organized - calendars, scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.
- Draft and polish professional emails, internal communications, and reports.
- Create and format documents and presentations using Microsoft Office and Canva.
- Support our social media presence, including LinkedIn content and coordination.
- Organize files, track project deliverables, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Help coordinate meetings - agendas, materials, notes, and action items.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion in line with HIPAA standards.
- Pitch in on special projects and operational initiatives as they come up.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency in Canva - you know your way around a well-designed document or graphic.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written communication skills - you can write clearly and professionally.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
- A professional, proactive attitude.
