At least 1 year of experience in related fields
Experience building applications using generative AI (LLMs, RAG, agents, etc.)
Strong programming skills (Java preferred)
Ability to move from idea → prototype → production
Experience integrating external APIs and services
Understanding of data workflows and data quality challenges
Familiarity with tools like LangChain or similar frameworks
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in ambiguous environments
Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Fluency in English

Experience working on data-intensive systems (ETL, pipelines, analytics platforms)
Understanding of evaluation and testing of AI systems
