About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understands design requirements and has knowledge of associated consultants/contractors and their level of involvement in the project.
- Notifies senior team members of design requirements and highlights risks and early warnings.
- Capable of checking drawings and understanding applicable standards and documentation.
- Assists senior team members in ensuring compliance.
- Actively involved in project administration processes, including: Scope analysis, Time estimation, Technical design development, Identifying early risks and warnings, Preparing feasibility studies to support the technical lead.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk tools (certification preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Navisworks and awareness of Dynamo.
- Awareness of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Enscape is preferred.
- Competent in understanding requirements of other disciplines and supporting senior staff.
- Strong ability to read and understand drawings, including orientation and information content.
- Able to annotate drawings with appropriate notes and specification clauses.
