About the role
- Responsible for a number of projects at different stages of the project lifecycle.
- End to end management of the project, to include scheme development and engagement through the life of the project.
- Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Management of the P6 programme with the planning team.
- Commercial management of the project.
- Lead on Gateways and collaborative cost reviews with the Client and project team.
- Routine reporting on project schedule / progress, risk and commercial status of the project internally and to the Client.
- Engage in the Collaborative M25 Community.
Requirements
- Project Management Experience preferably supported by recognised Project Management qualification, APM PMQ, PRINCE2, APMP etc.
- Preference of minimum degree qualification and membership of appropriate professional institution or working towards such qualification.
- Broad skills, knowledge and understanding of Highway or Structures Engineering and associated design areas.
- Knowledge of CDM and other H&S and Environmental legislation related to Highway Engineering.
- Knowledge of the NEC (New Engineering Contract) and other relevant forms of contract.
