Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience managing projects or significant project workstreams within infrastructure, engineering, construction, consultancy or a related environment
  • Relevant degree, professional qualification, or equivalent experience in project management, engineering, science, construction or a related discipline
  • Relevant Professional Qualification, such as Chartered Project Professional (ChPP), Chartered Engineer (CEng), Chartered Scientist (CSci), or equivalent professional qualification
  • Willing and flexible to travel to projects
  • Demonstrable experience leading the delivery of complex projects, programmes or commissions across the project lifecycle
  • Strong understanding and practical application of contract forms, particularly NEC3 and NEC4
  • Experience managing projects against time, cost, quality and safety requirements
  • Effective leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills
  • Commercially aware, with practical experience managing project finances, forecasting, change control, risk and contractual requirements
  • Actively supports the development of less experienced project professionals
