Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing projects or significant project workstreams within infrastructure, engineering, construction, consultancy or a related environment
Relevant degree, professional qualification, or equivalent experience in project management, engineering, science, construction or a related discipline
Relevant Professional Qualification, such as Chartered Project Professional (ChPP), Chartered Engineer (CEng), Chartered Scientist (CSci), or equivalent professional qualification
Willing and flexible to travel to projects
Demonstrable experience leading the delivery of complex projects, programmes or commissions across the project lifecycle
Strong understanding and practical application of contract forms, particularly NEC3 and NEC4
Experience managing projects against time, cost, quality and safety requirements
Effective leadership and team management skills
Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills
Commercially aware, with practical experience managing project finances, forecasting, change control, risk and contractual requirements
Actively supports the development of less experienced project professionals
