About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for high end building projects in Umluj, KSA.
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Plan, organize, and manage construction activities for residential building and hotels contracts.
Supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and work plans.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
Oversee cost control, resource allocation, and risk management.

Requirements
