  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial/construction discipline
  • Member of, or working towards Membership of, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
  • Experience with construction contracts such as NEC, JCT, FIDIC
  • Experience of line management or leading a team
  • Ability to work in a client facing environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management experience
  • Business development and win-work experience
