Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and review conceptual and detailed transmission line designs
Analyze project scope and technical studies
Prepare key engineering deliverables such as Scopes of Work and reports
Select materials and develop specifications for procurement
Coordinate multidisciplinary design activities and provide site support
Supervise and mentor engineers and technicians

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized institution
P.Eng. registration or Equivalent required
A minimum of 15 years of experience in Transmission and Distribution lines design
Knowledge of PLS CADD, PLS TOWER and PLS POLE software essential
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), French as a second language will be an asset
