About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- bring your understanding, expertise and experience to bear on infrastructure asset management solutions
- work collaboratively with clients on identifying and establishing strategies and developing asset management plans
- manage day to day asset management challenges
- develop and deliver continuous improvement that meets clients' needs and aspirations
- help shape and manage change activity in organisations looking to improve their Asset Management Maturity
- diagnose Asset Management issues and help clients tackle those issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- range of asset management experience in general infrastructure
- experience in water or aviation sectors desirable
- familiarity of applying Asset Management Standards to real life situations
- ability to travel and be seconded to a client within the UK, typically at the client offices 2 to 3 days a week
- confidence and capability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues
- strong communication, influencing and IT skills
- self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- full clean driving licence
- IAM qualifications preferable
