About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the Lead HR Business partner supporting strategic, large-scale projects
- Provide senior-level HR leadership, coaching and advice on complex people matters
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize organizational capabilities
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Lead or support HR workstreams within major business initiatives
- Advise and support leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, employee development, and retention strategies
- Anticipate business needs and proactively develop HR solutions
- Champion employee engagement, culture, inclusion and leadership accountability
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree or completion of a Human Resources Management degree/diploma program from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager supporting complex business groups
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, organizational development, change management, talent management, employee relations and performance management
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills
