About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the Lead HR Business partner supporting strategic, large-scale projects
  • Provide senior-level HR leadership, coaching and advice on complex people matters
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize organizational capabilities
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Lead or support HR workstreams within major business initiatives
  • Advise and support leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, employee development, and retention strategies
  • Anticipate business needs and proactively develop HR solutions
  • Champion employee engagement, culture, inclusion and leadership accountability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree or completion of a Human Resources Management degree/diploma program from a recognized post-secondary institution
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager supporting complex business groups
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, organizational development, change management, talent management, employee relations and performance management
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills
