Key responsibilities & impact

Support delivery across important projects that contribute to national security and resilience.
Join a collaborative PMO community working alongside delivery, technical, commercial and transformation specialists.
Apply your existing PMO experience in a challenging and rewarding client environment.
Work in client-facing delivery environments where structure, insight and reliable controls matter.
Support PMO activities through to leading defined workstreams or small teams where appropriate.
Manage risks and issues, support planning and scheduling, contribute to financial tracking, or help improve delivery controls and assurance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant PMO, project delivery or project coordination experience.
Experience supporting or leading PMO activities such as reporting, governance, planning, controls, assurance, finance, benefits, change or risk management.
Broad PMO generalist capability or deeper specialism in one or more PMO disciplines.
The ability to work with data and tools such as Excel, Power BI, MS Project or similar to support effective decision-making.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with project teams, stakeholders and clients in a structured and professional way.
An understanding of PMO frameworks, delivery lifecycles and the importance of robust controls in complex environments.
A proactive and collaborative approach, with the judgement and professionalism to operate effectively in a client-facing delivery environment.
