  • Oversee a portfolio of Highways projects across Ontario
  • Develop a strategic approach to markets, clients, and associated projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Licence: Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO)
  • PMP, or equivalent certification preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in infrastructure project or portfolio management, in the roads, bridges or highways sector
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) practices
  • Strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders
  • Proven leadership, market analysis, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and portfolio tools
