About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accountable for all aspects of the project and lead all team members to ensure work progresses meeting safety, quality, schedule, cost, and contractual requirements
Work with internal stakeholders and partners to manage project delivery
Apply project management principles to deliver successful project outcomes
Develop and implement project execution strategies
Ensure compliance with corporate standards and project-specific oversight
Communicate with all levels of management, engineering, and project representatives on progress
Manage project activities, performance, and invoicing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree qualified in an Engineering or Science-based discipline, and/or hold a professional Project or Programme Management related qualification
Five to ten years of project management experience
Proficient technical knowledge and process support skills, including a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Proven ability to effectively coach and mentor other team members
Ability to maintain good relationships with clients
A self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong work organization and time management skills
Knowledge of the nuclear industry; clients and operations are an asset
