About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reporting to the Benefits and Pensions Manager, support delivery and governance of the UK & Europe Defined Contribution pension strategy
- Manage day‑to‑day pension operations and partner with key stakeholders including brokers, pension administrators, and Global Benefits Operations teams
- Prepare and maintain governance documentation, reporting, and operational trackers across DC pensions and wider UK & Europe benefits
- Own financial wellbeing activity, financial education calendar, communications, and provider events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid grasp of Defined Contribution pensions including auto-enrolment rules, contributions structures, default funds, investment choices, retirement options, and governance framework
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of employee benefits portal is desirable but not essential
