About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the delivery of projects through the full lifecycle, applying best practice PM methodology
Act as the primary client interface and trusted advisor
Take responsibility for project commercial performance, governance and resourcing
Lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive collaborative behaviours across stakeholders
Provide leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to junior team members
Manage procurement strategies, tender processes and contract administration
Ensure compliance with AtkinsRéalis systems, standards and policies
Support business development and contribute to winning new work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree qualified with significant relevant experience
Chartered professional (MRICS, MCIOB, CHPP or equivalent)
Strong track record of delivering projects across public and/or private sectors
Experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments
Commercially astute with experience managing project financials
Experience with JCT and NEC contracts and procurement strategies
