About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage projects (or workstreams on larger programmes) across the full lifecycle
  • Act as a day-to-day client interface, supporting high-quality service delivery
  • Lead coordination of multi-disciplinary teams and drive programme and design progress
  • Manage project governance, reporting, and decision-making processes
  • Monitor and manage cost, risk and programme performance
  • Support procurement strategies and contract administration (JCT / NEC)
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across public and private sectors
  • Contribute to bid submissions and help identify repeat business opportunities
  • Support and mentor Graduate / Assistant PMs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree qualified with relevant post-graduate experience
  • Working towards or recently achieved chartership (APM, RICS, CIOB)
  • Proven experience delivering projects within UK construction environment
  • Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and governance
  • Experience working with public sector clients or commercial developers
  • Confident communicator with solid commercial awareness
