Shape a faster, smarter, safer future
Manage high-quality civil and structural designs for new constructions, renewals, maintenance, and assessments
Collaborate with both national and international design teams
Manage the production and review of high-quality design documentation
Independently carry out project management work and provide guidance to junior staff members
Lead teams in the design, assessment, and maintenance of structural or railway civil engineering projects
Develop and agree scopes and manage the internal technical supply chain

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline
Practical experience of Civil Engineering or Structures projects
A professional qualification such as (CEng/IEng) and membership of the ICE or IStructE or a professional Project Management Qualification
Practical experience of managing transportation projects
Experience working with key clients such as Network Rail, HS2, local authorities or major Contractors and Developers
NEC 4 Project Management Accreditation or demonstratable experience managing NEC 4 Projects
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to converse with a wide range of clients, stakeholders and colleagues
