Project Manager – Senior Project Manager, Bridges and Civils

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape a faster, smarter, safer future
- Manage high-quality civil and structural designs for new constructions, renewals, maintenance, and assessments
- Collaborate with both national and international design teams
- Manage the production and review of high-quality design documentation
- Independently carry out project management work and provide guidance to junior staff members
- Lead teams in the design, assessment, and maintenance of structural or railway civil engineering projects
- Develop and agree scopes and manage the internal technical supply chain
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline
- Practical experience of Civil Engineering or Structures projects
- A professional qualification such as (CEng/IEng) and membership of the ICE or IStructE or a professional Project Management Qualification
- Practical experience of managing transportation projects
- Experience working with key clients such as Network Rail, HS2, local authorities or major Contractors and Developers
- NEC 4 Project Management Accreditation or demonstratable experience managing NEC 4 Projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to converse with a wide range of clients, stakeholders and colleagues
