About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Scope and design environmental sampling programs
- Develop sampling strategies
- Ensure site assessments are completed in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare site assessment reports
- Communicate site assessment findings to stakeholders
- Lead the preparation and senior review of technical deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fully licensed and in good standing as a P.Eng. or P.Geo. in the Province of Ontario
- 15+ years of environmental consulting experience
- 6+ years of progressive responsibility in project planning, coordination, and management
- Experience with major infrastructure, rail, and transit projects is considered an asset
- Extensive knowledge of Ontario Regulation 153/04 (as amended) and Ontario Regulation 406/19
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to understand and apply health, safety, and technical protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
