About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver robust, coordinated and compliant technical design solutions
Develop detailed design information across RIBA Stages 2–4
Work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams to resolve technical interfaces, coordination issues and clashes
Support project teams in ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations
Produce and review detailed drawings, schedules and technical information
Assist in the preparation and management of specifications
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
Contribute to BIM delivery, model coordination and information management
Support junior team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Chartered Member of CIAT (or working towards) or an ARB registered Architect with a strong technical focus
demonstrable experience delivering complex projects
Strong understanding of the architectural design and technical delivery process
Proven experience working within multi-disciplinary teams across a range of sectors and project scales
Sound technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations, building systems, construction types and compliance requirements
High level of competence in Revit, with experience delivering BIM Level 2 projects
Experience using collaboration and coordination tools such as Navisworks and specification platforms including NBS
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
