About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Providing effective and proactive HR support service to employees and managers in North America
Managing employee life cycle management (Hire to Retire)
Coordinating queries on a case management tool
Producing standard correspondence to employees & external parties
Liaising with employees, line managers, and HR colleagues
Supporting the People’s Hub team with ad-hoc projects
Contributing to improvements within the department
Other duties as requested by the HR Team Leader

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in an HR Shared Services function supporting North America (US/Canada)
Knowledge of Workday and Service Now Applications preferred
Good IT skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong administrative ability with a complex and varied workload
Flexible to work in multiple shifts (including night shifts)
Graduate or Postgraduate with minimum 2 years of experience in HR shared services or similar environment
