About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide end-to-end support to UK project managers and stakeholders in drafting and reviewing supply chain and main contracts.
- Coordinate contract finalization and execution by facilitating reviews with the UK commercial team and project managers.
- Support the commercial lifecycle from opportunity identification to project delivery.
- Assist project teams with supplier-related activities, including supplier onboarding and compliance checks.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies focused on efficiency and cost optimization.
- Identify potential risks and support implementation of mitigation strategies across the supply chain.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering preferred with 4-6 years of experience.
- Master’s degree in project management can be added advantage but not mandatory requirement.
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors preferred.
- Exposure to UK-based or large-scale projects will be an added advantage.
- Certifications in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Contract Management are desirable.
- Working knowledge of commercial operations, procurement, and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and MS Office Suite.
