About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide end-to-end support to UK project managers and stakeholders in drafting and reviewing supply chain and main contracts.
Coordinate contract finalization and execution by facilitating reviews with the UK commercial team and project managers.
Support the commercial lifecycle from opportunity identification to project delivery.
Assist project teams with supplier-related activities, including supplier onboarding and compliance checks.
Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies focused on efficiency and cost optimization.
Identify potential risks and support implementation of mitigation strategies across the supply chain.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering preferred with 4-6 years of experience.
Master’s degree in project management can be added advantage but not mandatory requirement.
Experience in infrastructure, construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors preferred.
Exposure to UK-based or large-scale projects will be an added advantage.
Certifications in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Contract Management are desirable.
Working knowledge of commercial operations, procurement, and supply chain processes.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and MS Office Suite.
