Requirements

What you’ll need

Chartered Engineer or qualified Architect status preferred (or working towards professional qualification)
Experience in façade design and detailing, or on projects where façades have been a key component
Ability to work independently in structural analysis, thermal analysis, embodied carbon assessment, specification writing, concept design, glazing and curtain walling design, production of detailed drawings, façade condition surveys, forensic investigations
Experience managing resources and budgets
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
A collaborative, inquisitive mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure
