About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Commercial-Risk team in developing and measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Cross-functional delivery across contract administration, claims, intellectual property and procurement
Assist with scenario planning and benchmarking
Help with quarterly and annual reporting deliverables
Create roadmap for achieving long-term targets
Analyze metrics to evaluate current processes and recommend improvements
Develop and deliver scorecards and other indicators
Foster relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Stay up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, Commercial Management, or a related field
3-5 years of combined experience in the Engineering and Construction industry
Proven experience in a strategic advisory role
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take the initiative
Collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
