About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accountable for the delivery of all Renewal and Improvement projects
Report to internal and external stakeholders on performance and issues
Lead a team of Project Managers
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to quality
Liaise with assigned project teams, contractors, and key stakeholders
Review all programmes and budget forecasts monthly
Prepare monthly reports on portfolio delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in project delivery
Strong leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with the industry's safety standards and regulations
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant field OR suitable level of experience in industry
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (e.g. AMP PMQ)
A good working knowledge of NEC3 and 4 Contracts
