About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accountable for the delivery of all Renewal and Improvement projects
- Report to internal and external stakeholders on performance and issues
- Lead a team of Project Managers
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to quality
- Liaise with assigned project teams, contractors, and key stakeholders
- Review all programmes and budget forecasts monthly
- Prepare monthly reports on portfolio delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in project delivery
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with the industry's safety standards and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant field OR suitable level of experience in industry
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (e.g. AMP PMQ)
- A good working knowledge of NEC3 and 4 Contracts
