Lead and manage the on-site construction management team throughout the project lifecycle
Implement and promote health, safety, security, environment and community programs (HSEC)
Plan, organize and optimize the resources required to execute the work
Oversee project controls related to cost, schedule, quality and progress
Ensure effective communication with the client and stakeholders on site
Manage contract administration and lead multidisciplinary teams

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on complex construction projects
Strong knowledge of mining project management and health and safety standards
Ability to manage risk, contracts and project performance

Demonstrated experience across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility to commissioning
