Manager – Water & Wastewater

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the growing water practice
- Lead and oversee water and wastewater infrastructure engineering
- Act as a technical authority within the consulting environment and provide senior technical input
- Lead, mentor, and support resource planning, workload management, and skills development
- Support project management activities to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Participate in proposal development, technical write-ups, and workload planning for water infrastructure projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) or EGBC
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering within a consulting firm environment
- Demonstrated expertise in pumping systems, treatment technologies, and municipal water/wastewater infrastructure
- Strong working knowledge of Ontario and/or British Colombia municipal and provincial design standards
- Proven ability to technically lead projects and guide teams through complex engineering challenges
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
