About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the growing water practice
Lead and oversee water and wastewater infrastructure engineering
Act as a technical authority within the consulting environment and provide senior technical input
Lead, mentor, and support resource planning, workload management, and skills development
Support project management activities to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
Participate in proposal development, technical write-ups, and workload planning for water infrastructure projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) or EGBC
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering within a consulting firm environment
Demonstrated expertise in pumping systems, treatment technologies, and municipal water/wastewater infrastructure
Strong working knowledge of Ontario and/or British Colombia municipal and provincial design standards
Proven ability to technically lead projects and guide teams through complex engineering challenges
Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
