Key responsibilities & impact

Design and assist in the design of building mechanical systems (plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilation, controls)
Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and technical reports
Perform design calculations and prepare cost estimates for projects
Conduct construction coordination and site supervision
Coordinate the work of the multidisciplinary design team
Coordinate all project activities (technical, contractual, and financial)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Licensed member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
Minimum 5 years of relevant building mechanical engineering experience within a consulting engineering firm
Relevant experience in project coordination
Able to communicate effectively in French (spoken and written)
