About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver the regional BIM strategy and transformation plan
- Define BIM scope, deliverables and approach to meet client needs
- Assess, trial and support adoption of digital tools and methods
- Support governance, assurance and reporting
- Provide BIM/IM input to bids
- Shape early scope by clarifying BIM requirements
- Engage clients and internal stakeholders to promote BIM capability
- Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
- Enable cross-discipline coordination and consistent application of BIM standards
- Support information exchange, model QA and approval processes
- Manage and coordinate BIM Coordinators
- Identify skills gaps and support delivery of upskilling plans
- Align regional hardware/software needs with the BIM strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Experience as an Information/BIM Manager (or similar) in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Strong knowledge of UK BIM requirements and ISO 19650-aligned information management
- Proficient with Revit, Navisworks and Revizto; other tools (e.g., Rhino, Solibri, Morta, OBD) desirable
- Experienced in managing Common Data Environments (CDEs)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
