About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare, review, and certify interim payment applications and invoices
Administer contracts using systems such as CEMAR
Manage final accounts, including reconciliation and project close-out reporting
Monitor and track design and construction changes
Prepare comprehensive tender documentation
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–12 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Strong experience in quantity surveying
Cost estimation and analysis
BOQ preparation
Rate analysis
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Report writing and presentation skills.
