Senior H&S Consultant
AtkinsRéalisSenior CDM Consultant role involving delivery of CDM Services on large infrastructure projects. Joining AtkinsRéalis, a Project and Programme Consultancy in construction and engineering.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Delivering CDM Services across various projects
- Providing Principal Designer Services under CDM2015
- Production of pre-construction information, files and other associated CDM documents
- Ensuring Designer compliance with CDM Regulations
- Reviewing contractors documentation
- Conducting and chairing design risk review workshops
- Conducting site H&S inspections/audits
- Advise clients on procurement options and consultant appointment issues
- Pro-active in business development within the Region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Suitable and relevant experience from a design or construction background
- Technical Chartered/Professional Qualification in Design or Construction
- NEBOSH qualified (minimum Construction Certificate)
- Preferable Chartered Member status of APS / IOSH / CIOB / CABE / RIBA
- Good IT skills and working knowledge of MS 360: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the component parts of CDM 2015 and other Health & Safety issues
- H+S Training capability may be an advantage
