About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Construction Director in planning outputs
- Manage and lead a construction team to execute work safely and efficiently
- Monitor and track construction progress, prepare reports and approve payments
- Evaluate and negotiate claims with Project Manager
- Facilitate construction management meetings
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and conduct site inspections
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years’ experience as a Construction Manager on large scale rail or major infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting contract requirements
- Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of risk management
- Demonstrated ability to engage teams and drive high performance
- Results oriented with high work ethic and quality standards
