About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development, negotiation, and administration of contracts with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Ensure all contractual obligations are met and risks are identified and mitigated early.
Provide strategic advice on contract structuring, procurement models, and commercial terms.
Manage claims, variations, extensions of time (EOT), and dispute resolution processes.
Liaise with legal teams and external counsel as needed.
Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Support tendering processes, including drafting RFPs, bid evaluations, and contract awards.
Prepare and present contract status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Mentor junior contract administrators and commercial staff.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management, with at least 5 years in a PMC environment.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, and other international contract standards.
Experience in large-scale infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Professional certifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent are preferred.
