- Perform and support advanced analyses and numerical modelling
- Manage project delivery for assigned scopes
- Plan and oversee geotechnical site investigations
- Prepare high-quality technical deliverables
- Support proposals and client engagement
- Mentor junior staff through technical coaching
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate degree (M.Sc. or higher) in Geotechnical Engineering
- P.Eng. (Ontario)
- 10–15 years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience in consulting
- Proven geotechnical design experience across major infrastructure elements
- Proficiency in advanced analytical and numerical modelling
- Strong delivery and project management capability
- Demonstrated application of relevant Canadian/Ontario standards and guidelines
