About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a facilitator of high-quality Project Controls and Construction Planning.
- Support portfolio-level understanding of construction readiness and performance.
- Develop and communicate robust construction programmes for tenders and live projects.
- Provide clear visual insight into construction progress.
- Identify, analyse and communicate construction risks, delays and constraints.
- Deliver periodic programme updates and explain changes, delays and forecast impacts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant construction experience including programming multi-disciplinary construction activities and managing complex interfaces.
- Excellent understanding of project construction, staging, commissioning and handover.
- Proven experience in developing tender programmes and live construction programmes.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and maintaining planning and scheduling outputs.
- Strong capability in presenting planning and performance information to stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of Project Controls techniques including budget and spend management.
- Expert user of Primavera P6 or similar planning tools.
- Proven ability to develop effective visual management tools and dashboards.
- Experience translating P6 programme data into clear visual outputs.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
