About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform model accuracy checks vs point cloud tolerances; document deviations and RFI/clarifications.
  • Estimate effort, plan tasks, and meet schedule and quality KPIs.
  • Collaborate with surveyors, laser scanning vendors, and engineering leads; participate in coordination meetings.
  • Prepare handover packages: Revit models, federated NWF/NWD, PDFs/DWGs, COBie (if required), and model health reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Geomatics/Geoinformatics, or related field.
  • 4–6 years in Scan-to-BIM production, with demonstrable LOD 400–500 delivery for industrial/engineering or complex building environments.
  • BIM/Authoring: Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP), Navisworks Manage.
  • Point Cloud: Autodesk ReCap Pro, CloudCompare, Leica Cyclone, FARO SCENE, Trimble RealWorks.
  • Coordination/Delivery: Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, Bluebeam (or equivalents).
  • Must be fluent in English. French language speaking will be an added advantage.
